 I would say Kids as young as 7 years of age can start coding and learning programming basics. Even kids who can’t read can learn to code with block-based coding.

We suggest that kids start learning to code with a block coding language like Scratch. Once they’ve mastered the fundamentals, they will move on to text-based coding.
